I've decided to actually write a list of goals. I was a little hesitant, just because I tend to feel overwhelm when I write down to many goals but I did it a little diffidently this time. I've decided to write my goals down monthly instead of just randomly and when I accomplish one and scratch off the list. Though thats usually all I accomplish, is one goal. Not this year! 2011 is going to be the year for me, a new me, a more responsible, organize and fitter me. For the most part my health is great. The only thing I have against me, is my weight. I've been to the doctors and had my thyroid, cholesterol, blood pressure, and sugar checked and everything is GREAT!
Right Now is just the goals for my weight. I'll work on the list for my other goals by the end of next week (which is this weeks goal..lol)
Each month I'm making it a goal to lose 5 pounds, here is the breakdown...
Lose 5 Pounds & Weigh In At 206 Pounds By The End Of The Month
Lose 10 Pounds & Weigh In At 201 Pounds By The End Of The Month
Lose 15 Pounds & Weigh In At 196 Pounds By The End Of The Month
Lose 20 Pounds & Weigh In At 191 Pounds By The End Of The Month
Lose 25 Pounds & Weigh In At 186 Pounds By The End Of The Month
Lose 30 Pounds & Weigh In At 181 Pounds By The End Of The Month
Lose 35 Pounds & Weigh In At 176 Pounds By The End Of The Month
Lose 40 Pounds & Weigh In At 171 Pounds By The End Of The Month
Lose 45 Pounds & Weigh In At 166 Pounds By The End Of The Month
Lose 50 Pounds & Weigh In At 161 Pounds By The End Of The Month
Lose 55 Pounds & Weigh In At 156 Pounds By The End Of The Month
Lose 60 Pounds & Weigh In At 151 Pounds By The End Of The Month
So by the end of 2011, my set goal is to weigh 151 pounds. My determine goal though is to way 140 pounds. So hopefully I'll have some good weigh in weeks to actually hit 140 pounds!
Also to start out, am pushing to work out on my EA Sports Active at least twice a week. (more will be great), drink at least 32 ounces of water (not to good about drinking water, and 32 ounces will be great for me) and eat at least 1 vegetable per day. I am so bad with veggies, there aren't to many I like, so this will be a big step for me!
