So the first thing I did this morning was step on my scales...ugh...those dreadful scales...I weighed in at...
211.6 pounds.
Here is my before picture (not a pretty one) :
I'm only going to start with 1 goal, mainly because when I set to many goals, I tend to overwhelm myself and then I give up. So my first goal, since this is an eight week challenge, my first goal is to weigh in at 205 pounds at the end of the challenge. Not a lot, but if I end up losing more, then that will be a perk! Though I will set one long term goal, and that is, by June of 2011, I would like to pack up ALL of my 2X clothing and donated it to the Three Day Stampede (which is a charity event for MS).
Great goals. Seeing the before picture as you continue to change will give you motivation. I might have to take one myself. Good luck.
